From working capital to equipment financing, we offer flexible funding structures designed to match how your business actually operates.

Working Capital Loans

Working capital is the lifeblood of daily operations. Whether you need to cover payroll during a slow season, stock inventory ahead of a peak period, or simply maintain healthy cash flow while your receivables catch up — a working capital loan from H1P Consulting gives you the flexibility to keep moving.

Unlike traditional bank loans, our working capital solutions are structured around your actual revenue and business performance, not just your credit score. We fund businesses in all industries, including those with less-than-perfect credit history.

  • Funding from $10,000 to $500,000+
  • Terms from 3 to 24 months
  • Decisions in as little as 24 hours
  • All industries considered
  • Simple application process
  • No prepayment penalties

Equipment

Equipment Financing

The right equipment can transform what your business can do. But purchasing machinery, vehicles, commercial kitchen equipment, or technology outright can drain the cash reserves you need for operations. Equipment financing lets you acquire essential assets while preserving your working capital.

The equipment itself typically serves as collateral, which means better terms and a simpler qualification process than unsecured funding. We work with businesses across manufacturing, construction, food service, healthcare, transportation, and more.

  • New and used equipment eligible
  • Preserve operational cash flow
  • Financing from $5,000 to $1M+
  • Flexible repayment terms
  • All equipment categories
  • Potential tax advantages

Revenue-Based Financing

Revenue-based financing aligns your funding repayment with your actual business performance. Instead of fixed monthly payments, repayment scales proportionally with your revenue — meaning slower months come with smaller payments, and stronger months pay down your balance faster.

This model is especially well-suited for businesses with strong monthly revenue but variable or seasonal income patterns: restaurants, retailers, e-commerce businesses, and service providers who want financing that breathes with their business rather than against it.

  • Payments scale with revenue
  • No fixed monthly obligation
  • Ideal for seasonal businesses
  • Fast qualification process
  • No personal collateral required
  • Renew as business grows

Business Line of Credit

A business line of credit gives you the financial flexibility to act on opportunities and handle unexpected expenses without applying for a new loan each time. Draw funds when you need them, repay on your schedule, and your available credit replenishes as you pay down what you've used.

Lines of credit are ideal for businesses that regularly face fluctuating cash needs — contractors who need to front material costs, businesses managing extended payment cycles, or growing companies that want a standing financial cushion.

  • Draw only what you need
  • Revolving access to capital
  • Pay interest only on drawn amount
  • Credit lines from $10K to $250K
  • Quick access when needed
  • Builds business credit history

Receivables

Invoice Financing

Outstanding invoices represent real value — but they don't pay your bills until the check arrives. Invoice financing allows you to unlock the cash tied up in approved receivables today, rather than waiting 30, 60, or 90 days for clients to pay.

This is not a loan — it's leverage on work you've already completed. Invoice financing is particularly valuable for B2B businesses, contractors, staffing companies, and service providers who operate on net payment terms with commercial clients.

  • Advance up to 90% of invoice value
  • Cash within 24-48 hours
  • No new debt on your balance sheet
  • B2B invoices eligible
  • Ideal for government contractors
  • Flexible, scalable as you grow

We review your existing business performance, your expansion strategy, and your projected returns to build a funding package that gives you what you need to grow without overextending. This is patient, strategic capital — the Bluegrass way.

  • Larger funding amounts available
  • Structured around growth plan
  • Multi-phase disbursements available
  • Strategic advisory included
  • Refinancing options available
  • Relationship-based pricing
